LIBERTA Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between LIBERTA ("Company") and its members in relation to the use of the K-POP fan commerce service ("Service").

Article 2 (Definitions)

1. "Member" means a person who agrees to these Terms and enters into a service agreement with the Company. 2. "Content" means all information provided through the Service, including event entries for fan-signings and video calls, products, and digital goods.

Article 3 (Effect and Amendment)

1. These Terms take effect when posted within the Service or otherwise notified to members. 2. The Company may amend these Terms within the limits of applicable law, giving notice of the effective date and reason at least 7 days in advance (30 days for changes unfavorable to members).

Article 4 (Membership)

1. The agreement is formed when a user agrees to the Terms, applies to join, and the Company accepts. 2. The Company may refuse or later terminate an agreement for applications using false or another person's information.

Article 5 (Provision and Change of Service)

1. The Company provides fan-signing and video-call entries, product sales, and draw management. 2. The Company may change all or part of the Service for operational or technical reasons, with prior notice of material changes.

Article 6 (Event Entry and Draws)

1. Winners of draw-based events are chosen at random per the announced method, with results shown in My Page. 2. First-come events such as video calls are confirmed upon completion of payment.

Article 7 (Payment and Refund)

1. Members may purchase products and entries through the payment methods provided by the Company. 2. Refunds follow applicable law and the Company's cancellation/refund policy. Where refunds are restricted by nature (e.g., event entries/winnings), the pre-notified policy applies.

Article 8 (Member Obligations)

Members must not misappropriate others' information, interfere with Service operation, or improperly trade entries or winning rights.

Article 9 (Termination and Restriction)

1. Members may request withdrawal at any time via My Page. 2. The Company may restrict use or terminate the agreement if a member violates these Terms.

Article 10 (Limitation of Liability)

The Company is not liable for service disruptions caused by force majeure or the member's fault.

Addendum These Terms are effective from September 1, 2026.
